Zoom Integration and Meeting Data

Our platform allows authorized advisors to connect their Zoom accounts using OAuth 2.0. Upon authorization, we securely store Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens on our servers for the sole purpose of creating meetings and retrieving meeting-related metadata. After meetings conclude, our application may retrieve AI-generated transcripts and summaries via Zoom's Cloud Recording APIs. We do not store Zoom audio or video recording files. Transcript and summary text may be securely stored in encrypted form to provide advisors with searchable meeting insights. All communication with Zoom APIs occurs over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). OAuth tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed client-side. Users may disconnect their Zoom account at any time, which revokes further access to Zoom data.
